1.-General provisions.

These Terms of Purchase govern the conditions of sale of products purchased by the Customer in the Online Store of the website www.teamergy.es (hereinafter, the"Store"), ownership ofEnequipo Trading SLwith CIF B-23258635, and registered office at PI Fuente Granada, C/ Colomera, 3. 23680, Alcalá la Real, Jaén, Spain.

The reservation and/or purchase of any of the Products in the Online Store implies acceptance of each and every one of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy. To this effect, by accepting these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Customer declares to have read and accepted them.Privacy Policyand theLegal Notice.

For the purposes of the above, the following shall be understood asCustomerany person acting within the scope of their commercial, business, trade or profession, without carrying out transactions with consumers and users.

Enequipo TradingEnequipo Trading reserves the right to decide at any time which Products are offered to Customers. Therefore, it may add new Products to those included in the Online Store at any time, it being understood, unless otherwise stated, that these will be governed by the Terms and Conditions in effect at that time. Likewise, Enequipo Trading reserves the right to discontinue access to any of the Products offered in the Online Store at any time and without prior notice.

2. How to buy?

The Customer can place the order through the following channels:
1) Via Web: through the online store pagewww.teamergy.es
2) Via email: through the quote request forms on the event and custom pages.

2.1. Through the Web.

Yo.Customers can log in using a one-time, six-digit verification code sent to their email address, or they can log in to Shop. Shop login is automatically enabled for customer accounts at stores that offer Shop Pay as a payment method.
Accounts are created when a customer logs in with an email address.
You must follow the on-screen instructions and complete the purchase by fulfilling them. This also means that you have read and accepted the Terms of Purchase and the Data Protection Policy. These terms are available by clicking on them.

ii.Once you have selected the product you wish to purchase, you can add it to your shopping cart, without any obligation to buy, by clicking the [Add to cart] button. You can view your cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner. Any selected item can be removed from your shopping cart by clicking the [x] button.
iii.The prices of the Products shown in the Online Store are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges will apply to product deliveries and will be displayed where applicable.
iv.If you wish to continue with the purchase of the items selected in your shopping cart, you must click on the [Proceed to Checkout] button. We will then request your shipping and billing information.
v.After entering your information, you will be able to check that the data is correct and, if necessary, correct any errors.
vi.Payments for Products purchased by the Customer can only be processed through the systems shown on the Website. You must complete the required information or form to which you are redirected, depending on the payment method selected.
vii.To complete the purchase process, click the [Order with obligation to pay] button. In any case, before finalizing the purchase, you can cancel the order at any time by closing the browser page.
viii.After completing the purchase process, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided within 24 hours. Both your order information and the Terms of Purchase are included in the order confirmation email, which you can easily print or save. You can also download the Terms of Purchase separately by clicking the provided link and saving the document using your browser's save function.

2.2. Via email

The Client's acceptance of an order implies full acceptance of the quote or pro forma invoice provided. Enequipo Trading reserves the right to update prices and conditions without prior notice, always guaranteeing the application of the price in effect on the date of shipment.
By confirming the order, the customer authorizes the final product to be used as a representative sample of the items manufactured and customized by Enequipo Trading, thus reinforcing our track record and commitment to quality.

2.3. Tolerance in qualities of the finished product.

Due to the inherent characteristics of production processes in the printing and textile industries, slight variations in color tones may occur in both the substrates and the inks used. These differences, resulting from factors such as the nature of the materials, printing methods, and environmental conditions, are within the acceptable ranges in both sectors.

3.- Payment terms.

3.1. Price.

The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of the final confirmation of each order.

Enequipo Trading may offer discount codes to its customers. These discounts may only be applied according to the instructions specified by Enequipo Trading, and only one code may be used per order.

Failure to pay by the Client or the manifestation of their insolvency will grant Enequipo Trading, in addition to the rights to carry out the relevant legal actions, the cancellation of the fulfillment of its contractual obligations with the Client.

After payment is made, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email, which will include a summary of the items purchased and the destination address.

3.2. Payment methods.

Enequipo Trading SL accepts payments by credit or debit card, electronic payment systems, and bank transfer, depending on availability as indicated on the payment page. No other forms of payment will be accepted.

The user must confirm that the card used belongs to them or that they have the cardholder's authorization to use it. All transactions are subject to validation and authorization processes by the card issuer. If the payment is declined, we cannot guarantee order processing or assume responsibility for any delivery delays.

If you choose a digital payment platform, such as PayPal, you will be redirected to the corresponding page to complete the transaction securely. In some cases, these platforms may apply additional fees, which will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

Enequipo Trading SL implements security measures to protect payment data and orders, and reserves the right to withhold or cancel orders, with notification to the customer, for security reasons, lack of bank authorization, when shipping and billing information cannot be verified, or when a possible intention of resale is detected.

4.- Delivery conditions.

Enequipo Trading SL ships exclusively within Spain, insuring every purchase during transit until delivery to the indicated address. Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed or, in the case of bank transfers, upon receipt of the funds. Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart and are free for orders over €50.

The customer assumes responsibility for the goods upon receipt, after signing the delivery document at the agreed destination. For items in stock, the delivery time will be 48 hours (business days) from receipt of payment, provided the order was processed before 12:00 PM. This timeframe applies to shipments within Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, delivery times may be longer. It is recommended to inquire in these cases.

Deliveries will be made through a courier service contracted by Enequipo Trading SL; however, Enequipo will not be responsible for delivery delays resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond the company's control.

5.-Claims and right of withdrawal.

Refund Policy.

Enequipo Trading SL is committed to offering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Its return and refund policy complies with Spanish law and is designed to provide flexibility and confidence in purchases.

Return Terms and Conditions.

Enequipo Trading SL offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of receipt of the product. However, returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products, sale items, or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact the company.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, the receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

To initiate the return process, the customer can contact Enequipo Trading SL at the email address marketing@teamergy.com.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once the return has been processed, a shipping label will be sent along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior request.

Defective or Incorrect Products

We recommend checking your order upon receipt and contacting Enequipo Trading SL immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.

Enequipo Trading SL will not accept claims for defective or damaged orders if these are communicated after 24 hours from the customer's receipt of the order.

Refunds

Enequipo Trading SL will inform the customer when the return has been received and inspected and will communicate whether the refund is approved. If approved, it will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days.

It is important to remember that the bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and issue the refund.

6. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and will be modified to comply with it where required. In the event of a dispute, the buyer, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submits to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Alcalá la Real (Jaén).

7.- Intellectual Property

The client declares that they hold the intellectual or industrial property rights to the images, logos, designs, or texts they provide to the company for reproduction, or, if not, that they have the necessary license to authorize such reproduction. Consequently, they assume any liability that may arise from the unauthorized reproduction of these images, logos, designs, or texts.

Likewise, once the product is finished, the client authorizes Enequipo to include it in its sample and/or catalog, whether in physical, digital, web or any other format, for the sole purpose of showing it as an example of the products manufactured for third parties.
