Before the customized sports equipment reaches the hands of clubs and events in optimal conditions, it goes through a long and meticulous manufacturing process. We reveal all the steps below:

1. PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING AND ADVISORY

Before selecting the final garments you want to customize, our expert sales team will contact you to better understand your needs, clarify any questions, inform you of the service conditions, and propose the option that best fits your budget and the type of sport you practice.

After this consultation and once the technical equipment you wish to customize has been identified, you will receive a formal budget tailored to your requirements via email.

2. DESIGN

Once you have accepted the budget and the sales conditions via email, it is time to start developing your exclusive design. We have a large and experienced graphic design team in our offices that brings a distinctive creativity so that your club or event shines with its own personality.

From the beginning, you will be assigned a specific member of the technical and pre-press team, who will be in direct contact with you and the creative department to ensure that the design quickly aligns with what you are looking for.

If you still don't have a defined idea or design of what you want, don't worry, our team will create several proposals from scratch tailored to your profile for free.

3. PRINTING

Once the creative process is completed, our pre-press team will adjust the design to each individual piece, size, and pattern of the garments (men's, women's, children's) to then be printed on special paper for textile sublimation.

We have top-level machinery with state-of-the-art printing plotters with a RIP that matches colors, ensuring maximum definition and minimizing risks during printing.

4. COURT

Before your design is integrated into the equipment, it is essential to meticulously prepare and organize all the specific pieces and fabrics that make up the technical garments.

To do this, we use state-of-the-art industrial laser cutting technology, which ensures a clean cut and maximum precision to subsequently guarantee premium finishes on your customized clothing.

5. FULL PRINT PRINTING

At Teamergy, we use textile sublimation technique to customize the gear. Through thermal transfer, special inks detach from the printed paper and integrate into the fibers of the technical fabric, becoming part of it.

6. SEWING

Our specialized in-house sewing workshop, highly qualified and experienced, is responsible for carefully sewing all the pieces that make up the technical garment to bring it to life.

We use different types of stitching depending on the area and use of each piece, thus ensuring maximum durability and functionality, achieving premium quality finishes.

7. QUALITY CONTROL

After the sewing phase, our quality team meticulously inspects each garment individually to ensure it meets our stringent standards.

We have certified traceability of the entire production chain and have established strategic control points to identify any non-compliant product that does not meet specifications.

Additionally, before starting production, we conduct an internal color sample on the selected fabric and a physical validation sample to ensure compliance with the club or sporting event.

8. PACKAGING

To ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition, we deliver them ironed, folded, and packaged in individual transparent bags or wrapped in recycled cardboard bands.

The packaging of each order is organized by model, pattern, and size, which facilitates its subsequent handling at the event or in delivery to the clubs. All shipments are made in 100% recycled eco-friendly cardboard boxes.

9. AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Once the gear is delivered, we will stay in touch to efficiently resolve any questions or issues. Additionally, thanks to sublimation, you can easily place a reorder if necessary with identical characteristics and without stock breakage.
